Brook Street currently has the pleasure to be supporting a global organisation who are looking for a Sales Support Co-Ordinator to work at their Banbury site.
We want to speak with punctual, customer service orientated people who have previous experience of working within a similar role.
This is an extremely varied role, however an overall summary would be;
- To progress all new sales orders from factory to delivery, communicating with and challenging all key stakeholders where required, ensuring through management of DVLA functions and documentation management.
- Work to minimise direct costs and reduce total pipeline, whilst at all times ensuring the highest standards of service.
To be successful you will ideally have Intermediate level skills in MS Office, but most importantly you will have previous experience of working with customer relationship management systems.
