The role of Sales Support is to appoint, encode, maintain and manage the entire portfolio of dealers on the client's systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of work conform to documented Policy & Procedures that adhere to all Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
The business unit is also responsible for ensuring that all supporting dealers have a valid Operating Agreement and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Interim Permission (IP), enabling them to transact business with us. It is imperative that licences and Operating Agreements are monitored with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
There is considerable risk to the client if these activities are not monitored in accordance with stipulated review periods. Should either of these not be present, the dealer warrants and terms of business are not in force.
Members of staff will act as a technical support function for all Regional Managers, managing queries relating to Products, Funding on Line (FOL), Front End systems (FES), Add on Loan (AOL) and dealer file management.
You will be required to provide telephone support to our Regional Sales Managers and handle all queries from dealers that are Commission related. You will be expected to complete all daily workflow and be able to accommodate unexpected tasks that may arise and be passed to you from your Manager.
It is paramount that you are able to multi task and organise your work effectively, to ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and objectives are completed with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
o To appoint, encode, maintain and manage the entire portfolio of dealers ensuring all information is recorded accurately in appropriate systems.
o Adhering to FCA Regulations
o Ensuring Compliance requirements are enforced
o Completing Experian searches on Companies & Individuals
o Reviewing Company Accounts
o Using Factiva - to sweep Sanctions, Terrorists & Politically Exposed People (STP`s) to ensure we are compliant with Counter Terrorist Finance (CTF) & Anti Money Laundering (AML).
o Respond to all Sales and other internal queries by telephone and e-mail within agreed time-scales.
o Assist with technical queries for
o Assisting with Commission/Debit Back queries
o Amending and Loading Commission packages
o Profiling proposals within the agreed commission terms whilst allowing movement on commissions payable
o Password resets for FES systems
o Management of the Dealer Accounting System.

Salary- £20,000-£25,000 (6 months fixed term contract- opportunity to go permanent)
The role will include 1 late shift per week (11:00am - 7:00pm) and 1 Saturday in 6 (9:00am - 5:00pm) with 1 lieu day during the following week.
