My client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with customers by phone and email
- Processing and qualifying enquiries
- Converting quotes into sales orders
- Prepare and send out samples as requested
- Dealing with general enquiries and providing feedback on products provided
- Marketing support - subscribing to magazines and registering for exhibitions
- Book appointments, business trips, hotels
- Reception/PA duties
