Paying between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

This is a brand-new position to the business due to continued growth.
As the Sales Team Administrator you will ensure that the Sales Team is supported regarding any documentation or correspondence required to be able to complete their responsibilities quickly and efficiently.
Main duties will include:
Complete reference checks
Ensure documentation is correct for compliance
Manage and chase any outstanding documentation or paperwork via email and telephone
Chase outstanding paperwork via telephone and email
Social media work - creating posts on LinkedIn and Facebook
Generate general reports
General administration duties
Daily support to the Sales Team
For the position you will have the following:
Knowledge working as a Sales Administrator, team co-ordinator or similar experience
Good IT skills including Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Be able to prioritise workloads and efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed on time
Strong communication skills both verbally and face to face
Some experience with social media - this is not essential as full training will be provided
