Up to £22,500 basic with commission on top

The role:

- Measure-up and photograph properties in readiness for marketing along with EPCs
- Preparation of floor plans
- Tout for new business, take-ons by canvassing, calling out on the mailing list and chasing old valuations
- To undertake appropriate AML checks on prospective clients
- Preparation of marketing brochures with floor plans and professional flyers
- Follow up valuations to maximise instructions
- To maximise all related business opportunities (Mortgage services, lettings/block management leads, conveyancing services etc)
- To support the branch as a whole as and when needed

The person:

- Friendly and well presented
- Reliable and driven
- UK License and own car
- Experience in valuing
