We are currently supporting a Greek manufacturing company, seeking a UK based Remote Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join their growing UK team and would suit an applicant who is confident working from home full time.
There will be a requirement to travel to their HQ in Greece on a quarterly basis for training and development (once Covid safe to travel in the future) and travel costs and expenses will be covered.
Supporting their existing UK and Irish customer base with enquiries and orders, you will be a confident SAP user specifically within the following modules:
- Sales order placement
- Purchase order placement
- Issuing invoices
- Warehouse stock management
Using your outstanding customer service skills, you will be liaising with the customer base, speaking with colleagues in the UK and Greece Customer Service team to ensure all customers are supported and receive their orders in given timeframes.
A salary of £21,000-£25,000 is on offer and hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. All work equipment will be supplied including printer and mobile phone.
