Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a scheduler on a temporary bases based in South Ockendon with the view to go permanent. My client are a family run Business who are passionate in what they do.

This company is the only supplier of office furniture fitters, porters and drivers that is not an agency.

You will be required to manage the bookings for the same day, next day and week.

Each client will rely on the scheduler to place the correct skillset in place at their site. The company work with many different brands of furniture and crews, so this is crucial in placing the correct person at site.


All bookings between the client are communicated by phone call and email so it is important that the position is filled by someone that fits the following criteria:

" Experienced in Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel and Word
" Excellent telephone manner
" Experienced in diary management
" Good communication skills
" Understand of the industry is preferred but no essential
" People skills


" Office hours are 08:00 - 16:00
" Company mobile to be on standby outside of these hours for emergency phone calls

£12.08 Per Hour
