We are thrilled to support our well established and high profile public sector client in their search for Scheduling Administrator.

Key Facts

Pay Rate: £9.94 - £10.55
Contract: Temporary, extension possible.
Location: Home-based initially, then based in Newcastle City Centre office
Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Start date - ASAP (subject to compliance deadlines)

Job Purpose

Responsible for all scheduling activity undertaken by the Flexible Workforce Office (FWO). The post holder will provide high quality and effective customer service to the Directorates and the flexible workforce under the direction of the Scheduling Coordinator. Working with colleagues to ensure there are accurate and timely information flows, quality assurance controls and a consistent application of policies and procedures as they relate to the flexible workforce.
