Job Description

We're looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join a prestigious Bradford based manufacturing company on a temporary on-going basis.

The role will involve the following duties:

Providing lead times and estimates to the sales team
Managing production schedule, ensuring manufacturing targets are met
Producing routings for parts and Production Works Orders, liaising with finance
Check MRP requirements and late/missing acknowledged dates
Preparing and collating documents for production works orders such as pick lists, technical drawings and routings
Producing production schedules and spread sheets
Liaising with stores, purchasing, manufacturing and production to ensure targets and stock allocations are met

We're looking for an organised, efficient and confident candidate with a background in an administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
You'll need to be familiar with Excel and have a keen eye for detail
We're also looking for confident customer service and communication skills.

This is a temporary ongoing contract with Mon-Fri Office Hours.
£8.50 per hour.
Free onsite parking.
