Job Description

Business Administrator required to join a busy, 'up and coming' school.
This is a permanent opportunity to work 36 hours a week, 40 weeks of the year.

Your main responsibilities will be to organise the meals the children are able to receive whilst at school (managing figures, orders, money, allergy information and themes). You will also manage the school finances (order processing, invoicing and receiving payments).

Other responsibilities will include; organisation of systems, visitor management, responding to emails/calls, processing letters, ordering items and managing social media communication.

This is a busy, varied opportunity and strong previous administration is essential to be considered as you will need to work autonomously.
