Brook Street are working with our Belfast client to recruit a Sea Freight Forwarder

The company specialise in supply chain and inter modal freight transport solutions
and its core business services are freight management, warehousing, the transportation of dangerous goods and the repatriation of human remains.

They operate a full range of services through hubs in Belfast, Liverpool, Dublin, Indianapolis and Singapore supporting customers and partners in their global supply chain.

As part of the sea freight team you will be responsible for arranging freight shipments from beginning to close, including: booking acceptance, arranging with shipping line, processing customs, creating documentation, follow up and invoicing, whilst providing first class customer service throughout.

Criteria

* Preferably 2 years sea freight forwarding experience
* Additional experience in LCL handling preferred
* Experience in inbound and outbound customs processes required
* Ongoing training provided in LCL and general sea freight forwarding


Salary dependent on experience - anticipated £22k - £26k
