Job Description

Our client based in Hitchingbrooke, Huntingdon is seeking an experience Secretarial Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £8.21 an hour, rising to £9.03 after a period of 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

You will be providing a typing and administration support service within the department. You will be

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
- Performing all secretarial and administration tasks
- Letter and note filing
- Computer input
- Ensure patients receive accurate information
- Take part in weekly meetings
- Prepare documentation
- Resolve enquiries across multiple channels
- Ensure case notes are tracked
- Audio typing
- General administration

You will be required to have experience in a similar role.

The rate of pay is £8.21 an hour, rising to £9.03 after a period of 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
