Brook Street are currently seeking a Secretary to work for a government client, based in Bristol.
Main duties include:
-Setting up and maintaining files and record systems
-Typing or word processing correspondence, memos and reports
-Sorting and reviewing mail, including email
-Answering and routing telephone calls
-Operating the office equipment
Skills and Experience required:
-Typing and word processing equipment
-Minimum speed of 45/50 WPM and Shorthand speed of 90/110 WPM
-Audio typing experience
-Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both oral and written
This is Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £11.66 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of July 2019, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
