Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity with our Public Sector client based in Peterborough, requiring a full time, temporary Administrator within the finance department. The rate of pay is £8.85 per hour from Monday to Friday at 9am until 5pm. You will be providing support and performing diverse administrative duties for key senior managers.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
- Composing non-routine correspondence
- Compiling reports
- Transcribing dictation
- Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software
- Receiving visitors
- Screening and directing telephone calls
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings or travel
- Maintaining records or files


You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft packages and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will be required to have previous experience in a similar role with transferable skills.

The rate of pay is £8.85 an hour. Holiday entitlement and Pension scheme available.
