Brook Street are currently seeking a Secretary/P.A to work for a government client.
As a Secretary you will be providing administrative duties to a particular Manager.
Main duties include:
-Typing or word processing correspondence, memos or reports.
-Setting up and maintaining files and record systems.
-Sorting and reviewing mail, including email.
-Greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls and scheduling appointments.
-Operating photocopier and other office equipment.
Skills and experience:
-Recent Secretary/P.A experience.
-Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday.
The rate of pay is 11.66 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until the end of December 2019. but may be extended depending on the business needs.
