Brook Street are currently recruiting for a part-time secretary to work for a government client based in Bristol.
Main duties include:
-Composing non-routine correspondence
-Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software
-Screening and directing telephone calls
-Arranging meetings and travel
-Maintaining records and files
Skills and experience required:
-Strong P.A/secretarial background, with experience working within an office environment
-Excellent IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a part-time position working just under 15 hours per week.
Must be able to work a Monday, but the other day is flexible.
Rate of pay is £12.08 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 30/07/2021 with a possibility of being extended further.
