Job Description

We are looking for a permanent full-time administrator / secretary to join a growing and established organisation based in Cardiff City centre.

Duties are varied and will include:

  • Preparation of documents
  • Writing letters and formatting correspondence
  • Audio typing
  • Taking telephone calls and passing on messages

Following training, the role gives the opportunity to work three days in the office and two remotely. Hours of work are 9 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
