Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Secretary to work for a government client based in Bristol.

Main duties include:
-Diary management
-Correspondence and email management
-Meeting arrangements
-Event management
-General office cover for admin and telephone duties
-Maintaining office filing systems
-Minute taking and recording of meetings

Skills and experience required:
-Previous experience working as a Secretary / PA
-Good organisational skills
-Good communication skills both verbal and written
-Good IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700

Rate of pay is £12.45 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
