Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Secretary / PA to work for a government client based in Bristol

This is a hybrid working model but with no set days in the office

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1700

Rate of pay is £12.58 per hour

This is a temporary assignment until 31/10/2022 with a possibility of an extension

Main duties include:
-Diary management
-Inbox management
-Booking meeting rooms
-Booking travel & accommodation
-Providing admin support as and when required

Skills & experience required:
-Previous Secretary / PA experience
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent organisational skills
