JOB TITLE: Secretary
SALARY: £20,043.00
HOURS: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:00)
LOCATION: Lincoln
THE ROLE:
" Provide front line excellent administration support for the appropriate directory
" POC for all board members, ensuring all protocols are followed effectively
" Adhere to national guidelines and timescales in the web publishing of data, research, and minutes
" Minute governance and board meetings, providing appropriate documents for local and national meetings
" Provide support for specific local, regional, or national events, ensuring that programme, timescales, and schedules are in place.
" Monitor generic e-mail box, respond to enquiries and general diary management.
" Interacting and coordinating with external Businesses, Agencies and Government Departments.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Administrative experience
" Note taking / Minute taking experience (ideally)
" Comfortable with travelling to meetings
" Great organization and time keeping abilities
" To be a confident and clear communicator
