Job Description

Our client is a very well-known and well respected Medical Practice based in Aberdeen looking for a Medical receptionist to join their well-established team.

In this role you will be responsible for all administration tasks including faxing and Photocopy as requested, Open, stamp and distribute mail. Answering telephone, scanning clinical letters into patient's files, printing perceptions.

Reception duties will include dealing with all general enquiries, and follow-up appointments etc,. You will also be responsible for processing appointment requests from patients by telephone and in person.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to start work. You will initially be involved in a high volume of data entry with medical reception duties following when complete. This has the potential to be a long term temporary position for the right candidate and has a very appealing rate of pay.
