Job Description

Role - Secretary and Personal Assistant to Chairperson
Location - Mayfield
Hours - Mon - Fri 8.30am till 5pm (paid lunch breaks with lunch provided)
Start Date - asap
Duration - Long term to a possible permanent role
Pay - £10 - 15 per hour depending on experience

I have a client based in Mayfield that are looking for a polished, professional and high level Secretary who will also be involved to support as a personal assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous high level experience to a senior member as well as great communication skills both written and verbal. This role will requires a fully enhanced DBS check.

The ideal candidate must be discreet, professional and polished. Candidates must be smartly presented and used to working in a conservative environment. We need a candidate who is self-sufficient, able to work on their own initiative and is calm under pressure. They will be used to working to tight deadlines and must be flexible. They should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Duties will include
-Minute taking
-Full support and organisation of a diary
-Diary Management and preparation of papers for meetings
-Travel arranging
-Drafting of correspondence and other similar documentation.
