Brook Street is currently seeking candidates with PA or secretarial experience for a temporary position based in Shrewsbury.
This role is full time and will involve approximately 4-5 months of work.
Working within a small team, amongst other duties, you will be managing a diary for two Managers, booking meetings and appointments through MS Outlook.
Therefore, you MUST be competent using Microsoft Office.
We are searching for an individual who is confident in their ability and can pick up tasks easily, full training will be provided.
Good keyboard skills and telephone manner will be required along with experience of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
