Brook Street are currently seeking a Secretary/P.A to work for a government client based in Bristol.
As a Secretary/P.A you will be providing administrative support to key Managers within the office.
Main duties include:
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Screening and directing telephone calls
-Arranging meetings and travel
-Maintaining records and files
Skills and experience required:
-Recent secretarial/P.A experience
-Audio typing experience
-Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Rate of pay is £11.85 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until February 2020.
