Our Public Sector client based in Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
You will be providing support to two key Senior Managers exercising judgement and discretion in performing tasks.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
- Composing non-routine correspondence
- Compiling reports
- Transcribing dictation
- Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software
- Receiving visitors
- Screening and directing manager's telephone calls
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings or travel
- Maintaining records
The ideal candidate will have an excellent speed of typing accurately.
You will be required to have previous experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant with an advanced level of IT skills.
The rate of pay is £14.15 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
