Brook Street are currently seeking a Secretary/Personal Assistant to work for a government client based in Bristol.
As a Secretary/Personal Assistant, you will be providing secretarial support to a Deputy Director.
Main duties include:
-Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software.
-Meeting and greeting visitors.
-Screening and directing telephone calls.
-Diary management and arranging travel/meetings.
-Maintaining records or files.
Skills and experience required:
-Strong, recent secretarial experience
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Compute literate with experience in using Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31st March 2020
Rate of pay is £11.85 per hour.
