Job Description

We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to work and support the department of communications for a client in the education sector in Bath. The 6-month temporary contract is likely to become permanent and you will be working in a fast paced and varied role. Using great responsibility, judgement and initiative, you will deliver a professional PA service to the Director of the department. Predominantly working from home, there will be ad hoc occasions when you would be required to work from the Covid secure office, including the induction.
Key duties within the position include;
" Using the outlook calendar to maintain and update the Director's calendar, this includes managing appointments, scheduling meetings and organising any travel or accommodation when required
" General file management within the department, ensuring hard and electronic copies are filed correctly
" Query handling
" Liaise between all organisations and people who have business with the Director
" Support the work of the Director and the department by producing digital content and web pages to promote internal and external communications
" Assist the director and department with the operating meetings and committees efficiently including campaign meetings and projects.
" Assist with any future recruitment to the department
" Provide administration support and oversee the monitoring of KPIs within the department.

" Content Management Systems

Salary: £22,417 - £25,941

We are looking for candidates with good experience in Administration and with understanding of data protection/GDPR. The role requires excellent PA skills, you will be able to take notes effectively and be proficient with typing whilst having exceptional organisation and customer service skills.
