We are looking for an experienced PA with good IT literacy and working knowledge of MS Excel and Word to work on a temporary basis for a fantastic employer in the Neath area.
You will be the first point of contact for all queries to the Chief Executive Officer and other team members. You will have sound attention to detail as you will provide support to members of the executive team, produce detailed reports and record minutes meetings.
The role is 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday with no weekend work.
You must hold:
Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE or O Level)
An enhanced DBS check will be required prior to commencement, if you do not hold an enhanced DBS then Brook Street will process this with no charge.
