Secretary / PA

Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Secretary / PA to work for a government client based in Bristol City Centre.

This role can be a work from home position.

Main duties include:
- Compiling reports
-Minute taking of meetings
-Typing up documents
-Screening and directing managers telephone calls
-Diary management
-Arranging meetings or travel

Skills and experience required:
-Experience as a Secretary / PA
-Advanced level of IT skills and wide knowledge of MS Office
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.

Rate of pay is £12.45 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 28/02/2022 with a possiblity of an extension
