Brook Street is delighted to be seeking a Band III Personal Secretary for our client in the Belfast area, this is a fantastic opportunity for those with secretarial experience and Microsoft Office skills! This is a temporary role for the duration of 6 months provisionally, with the possibility of extension.
Duties you will be responsible for will include;
" Word processing/audio typing letters and reports
" Arranging and servicing meetings, including issuing invitations and updating information systems
" Maintaining diaries and making appointments
" Sorting and processing information
" File archiving using both paper and electronic filing systems
" Dealing with telephone calls and queries
The hours of work are Monday to Friday (37.5hours per week). In return, you will be paid £8.90 per hour and this will be paid on weekly basis.
Previous Personal Secretary experience would be advantageous
