Job Description

This Property company is an award winning estate agency in South East London. They are an independent, dynamic and innovative firm, providing an extensive range of property related services including sales, lettings, property management, commercial property, new home sales, investment, development and estate management as well as property consultancy services.

The PA position will be to the Owner, who has other business also.

Doesn't have to be office based - but must be accessible
Will help with paying private and company bills, and making sure they are all up to-date
Dealing with all emails and responding to them accordingly
Travel booking - may need to accompany the Owner on international trips
Events bookings - could be last minute, need to be able to make this happen
You must be 100% committed and very VERY loyal and trustworthy
Make sure KPI's are being reached within his team - You need to be able to discuss this with the team and report back to the Owner
Minute taking - accuracy is important
Able to travel internationally
Will be really involved in his private and work life so need to be trustworthy and LOYAL - You must be loyal and trustworthy, first and foremost
You must be exceptionally organised and tidy and be able to organise the Owner
The ideal candidate will be accessible when needed, sometimes even in private time
Needs to be very accurate with minute taking as could affect deals

Must have a steady CV
