Are you an experienced secretary with strong IT and audio typing skills? would you like to work in the public sector? If yes we would like to hear from you.
A public sector agency based at Clifton Moor requires a skilled and experienced secretary on a temporary basis.
You will be tasked with typing or word processing correspondence, memos and reports. Setting up and maintaining files and record systems. Sorting and reviewing mail (including e-mail), greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, or scheduling appointments.
You will need previous secretarial and Microsoft packages experience. Minimum speed of 45 / 50 wpm combined with elementary audio typing skills and shorthand (if required) at 90 / 110 wpm.
You will be paid £9.32ph and will accrue holiday depending on the total hours you complete.
