We are currently looking to recruit to join a large and busy company, within their Services Department, working with a fun and lively team; you`ll be based in Borehamwood and will enjoy a great atmosphere.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am until 5.30pm
As part of this exciting position you will be expected to:
To service meetings of the Authority as allocated; compiling reports and agendas, dispatching papers on time, preparing notes for the Chair, attending meetings to take and then draft minutes on promptly and accurately, advising Members and Officers on procedures when required, and all administrative and support work related to the administration of a meeting.
To arrange and attend meetings with the public and interested parties and take notes as required.
To maintain Access to Information documents, advise staff on Access to Information issues and advise individuals on their rights of access to meetings and papers.
To assist in maintaining and keeping up to date the Unit`s information management systems and to help Members, Officers and customers retrieve information when required.
To process Freedom of Information requests.
