Security Team Admin Officer

Job Description

I have a role working within a Government department in the city of Manchester, close to local amenities and public transport links

The successful candidates will be providing admin support to the Regional Security & Safety officers by collating data such as Incident Reports and Delivery Plans, extracting data from plans to include in reports. Arranging training venues and dates and liaising with H&S training suppliers. Arranging meetings and producing minutes and action points. Providing ad-hoc support duties as requested. To work as part of a small team. Good working knowledge in the use of excel is of particular importance, as well as the ability to use other Microsoft packages in Windows 10.

The role is split over two teams so in addition to the above duties you will also be undertaking additional duties on the Judicial Team booking judges for courts and has access to sensitive data in relation to personal addresses for Judiciary.
