My client, a South West London based Public Relations and Media Agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals specialising in communications services for the maritime and offshore sectors.
Suiting a self-starter, the role involves working closely with their global clients to conceive, develop and deliver messaging, marketing communications and media strategies that succeed in print, online and via social media in specialised international markets.
Duties will also include organising events for press and for industry, client and journalist briefing, and managing press interviews.
To be considered for this role:
-A background in the Maritime industry is essential, as well as a proven ability to liaise with clients at all levels
-Creative, energetic and determined, and comfortable taking and writing briefs
-The ability to project and manage content for e-newsletters and customer magazines
-Comfortable liaising with international and regional media in a Public Relations capacity
-Some knowledge of media buying (not essential)
