Job Title: Senior Administrator

Location: Worcester

Pay rate: £11.11

Assignment: To start ASAP for the next 6 months (Potential to be extended)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

I am looking for a Senior Administrator to support the Transport / Fleet team for our Worcester based, manufacturing client.

You will report to the Fleet Supervisor & Business Development Manager/Fleet Manager delivering timely relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders as requires

The Role
You will provide general administrative support to the after sales area and where applicable the department and business, processing invoices, updating spreadsheets are dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Person Specification

  • IT Literate
  • Previous working history within a Fleet/Transport Administrator Role (Desirable not essential)
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM (preferred)
  • Customer Service Focused
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Ability to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
