Job Description

Brook Street has an exciting opportunity with a growing, national employer for a Senior Administrator on a fixed-term 12 month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join an established & prestigious employer with stunning offices in the centre of Cardiff. This role also offers hybrid working (3 days/2 days split) on a full-time basis. This role includes no weekend or evening work.

Duties

  • Support the Sales & Account Management team with administrative tasks
  • Manage & review incoming work streams
  • Track & update managers on performance, training needs & client requirements
  • Arrange training for new starters
  • Coordinate complaints & escalations to senior staff
  • Diary management for staff members and Head of department

This is a hybrid working opportunity (offices in the centre of Cardiff) for 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home.
