The role is focused on being responsible for a Customer focused Administrative Sales Office.
Offering to pay £22,000 - £27,500. This role includes free parking on site, 28 days holiday a year and working hours of 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).
Reporting to and working alongside the Directors, initially you will become conversant with company procedures. Dealing with internal admin and liaising with Customers and Suppliers. Proactively engage with new and existing suppliers to increase our buying options and quality thus reducing the company`s cost base.
The ideal candidate will be highly professional, have a strong administrative background have a positive personality and be seeking a long-term career. You will have had recent exposure in a similar position, be focused, proactive, organised, with an ability to prioritise, be passionate and highly motivated whilst also possessing good communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong I.T. skills are required and of paramount importance is a good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of Sage software or a similar software would be an advantage
