Brook Street are working on behalf of our manufacturing client based in Rugby.
We are looking for a senior administrator who can also take on the part of supporting the leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity which would suit an individual that is looking for a varied role where you can showcase your skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background within working along side all levels of management and different areas within the business.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to-
- Admin/ office support
- Travel arrangement
- Dealing with business orders
- Support across all business areas including senior management, warehouse management, HR team
- Planning of business meetings including ordering refreshments
The successful candidate will hold excellent IT skills, great communication and confident to fit within a vibrant dynamic team.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, but you must have a flexible approach to the working hours, however overtime is available.
This would be a Temporary 8-week assignment
Paying £10.00 - £13.00ph depending on experience
