Our Public Sector client is looking for an Experienced Administrator to support. This role is a temporary full time role of 37.5 hours a week with an hourly rate of pay of £9.28 rising to 10.31 after 12 weeks.
The right candidate will have great communication skills, good attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
The main duties will include but not be limited to;
- Managing diaries
- Administrative support to internal and external meetings
- Preparing agendas
- Minute taking
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- First point of contact for queries
The right candidate will possess minute taking experience, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
