Job Description

Senior Administrator Location - Ryton on Dunsmore

Salary - £10.66 per hour

Monday to Friday 9-5

Immediate start

Brook Street are an award-winning recruitment agency based all over the UK. We have temporary and permanent job opportunities for a number of different clients. Recruitment is what we specialise in. Our temporary desk is booming, and we are currently seeking for experienced Senior Administrators to express an interest in up-coming roles. We recruit for a number of clients, however for this advert we are specifically looking for those who have an interest in working for Government body in Ryton on Dunsmore. Due to the location you will need to have access to your own vehicle. The role is initially for 6 months to start with.

Responsibilities

Provide a full administrative service to include (as required) typing, email data entry.

Develop and maintain good internal/external stakeholders' relation

Maintain and update office filling system Compile, analyse and summarise data to produce a range of management reports.

Coordinate events, including booking travel and accommodation for the participants

Use in house systems to make small value purchases, generate, reconcile and monitor purchase orders and receipt deliveries. Where appropriate, monitor invoices against prescribed budget limits.

To be applicable for the role, you will need

Strong communication skills -verbal and written

Excellent organisation skills Hard working, self-motivated approach

Excellent IT skills

Be able to follow a process, and work independently

Previous administrative experience with demonstrable organisational ability and attention to detail.

Clearly demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

Experience of scheduling meetings or events, preparing agendas and documentation, taking and drafting accurate minute

Please note that most of the roles will require you to complete DS/DBS checks. We will need to obtain references for the last 3 years and any gaps, over a month, will need covering too.
