Senior Administrator

Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work for a government client based in Exeter.

Main duties include:
-Monitoring mailbox traffic to ensure queries are answered in a timely manner.
-Check incoming submissions.
-Engage with organisations to resolve any queries, escalating to manager as necessary.
-Ensure that final sign-offs are done by the manager.
-Keep the request tracker up to date with all significant events, working with the manager for any issues.
-Liaise with colleagues within other teams on specific cases with which they are involved.

Skills and experience required:
-Strong administration background and experience
-Able to manage and prioritise own workload
-Able to work within a team
-Excellent IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-Good organisational skills

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.

Rate of pay is £12.74 per hour.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2021 with a possibility of an extension.
