Job Description
Our client based in the Llanishen area is looking for a Senior Administrator to provide administration support to the Chief Executive and Finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation with great benefits on offer.
Main Responsibilities
Provide admin support for the finance team including
- Produce invoices in line with Finance Regulations
- Input supplier invoices into sage and update budget sheets accordingly.
- Booking of accommodation and travel for staff in line
Provide Administrative support to the CEO and Deputy CEO
- Provide efficient diary management of all CEO and Deputy CEO meetings.
- Administer the annual corporate calendar ensuring invites to meetings are issued to staff.
- Preparing agendas for meetings and attend meetings to minute take
Support the Director for HR and Finance including
- support aspects of the recruitment process for core staff and Associate staff.
- Support the annual preparation and collation of paperwork for core and associate staff
- Liaise with suppliers over collections and deliveries.
- Support the Governance Coordinator
- Arrange travel and accommodation for trustees as required.
- Administer processes relating to recruitment and induction of new Board and Committee members
