Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of an esteemed government organisation for a senior administrator working to support their executive team meetings, on a 12 month temporary contract covering maternity leave.
Our client is based in the Cumbria area, and whilst these roles will be working from home for the foreseeable future, they would expect candidates to live within a commutable distance to be able to travel to the office when deemed safe to.
The role will involve general administrative duties, supporting their executive team, take minutes from meetings,
upload Executive papers, support key governance processes and co-ordinate Executive Away Days
Successful candidates will have extensive administrative experience, previous experience working at a senior level, comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint and able to work with senior stakeholders.
The hours are 37.5 per week within core business hours and the hourly rate of pay is between £12.68 - £13.68 depending on experience.
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft teams so access to a laptop or smart phone for interview will be required.
