NPower - Senior Analyst

Location: Leeds LS14 (Thorpe Park)
Salary: £14.54ph
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours) 8-4 or 9-5

you will work at least 2 days in the office and 3 days at home (Hybrid)

This is an ongoing temporary position for 12 Months with the possibility of a further extension or opportunities within NPower.

Role Overview:
Brook street are currently recruiting for a full time Senior Analyst to join the team at NPower based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that offers training and a great working environment.

You will be working within the supply business team for business customers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and resolve a wide range of issues or customer queries, liaising with other parties where necessary to provide an appropriate and acceptable resolution for the customer
• Provide support and assistance to others ensuring timely resolution to queries
• Communicating via emails or calls from customers or internal staff (Approx 10 calls per week)
• Make amendments to complex standing data to ensure data quality is maintained and to enable accurate processing within the customer journey
• Analyse customer data, analyse any trends or spikes in data
• Checking for any faults with data and investigate any issues
• Problem solving and working to your own initiative
• Some V look ups
