Brook Street are working in partnership with a growing and leading Scottish law firm who are known for their expertise and specialist legal advice. Our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solicitor within their Rural Land and Business department. The successful applicant will work on a variety of portfolios, as well as mentoring less experienced staff and working with the department Partner, playing a key role in their personal development.

The successful applicant will work with the partner and team on a variety of portfolios, playing a key role in developing the office. The successful candidate must have the drive and ability to join a group advising some of Scotland's leading businesses.

You will advise diverse and exciting clients including entrepreneurs at all stages of their business life cycle, from start up to eventual exit. Joining a close-knit and fast paced team, your role will involve advising on investments, acquisitions and disposals along with shareholder arrangements and share incentivisation schemes.

Required:
Applicants must have corporate transactional experience and at least 5 years PQE.
You will be able to take a transaction from beginning to end and have good drafting skills.
You must have the ability to competently manage the day-to-day aspects of transactions and support the team.
