Do you have previous experience as a Senior Block Manager? Would you like to work with a leading property management company based in the heart of Liverpool?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Working at the client's head office in the Liverpool city centre, you will expected to work closely with an office based team of 3/4 people and an onsite team of circa 25 personnel. The ideal candidate will be skilled in people management, account management, compliance, leadership, and have good all around property knowledge.

Your day to day duties in this role include:

Procuring staff when needed.

Regular appraisals with subordinates.

Setting targets KPI's consistently measured with regular feedback.

Presenting financial and performance based reports to directors in a suitable format.

Strategical thinking to streamline procedures and effectiveness across the company.

Producing service charge budgets.

Sending service charge demands and dealing with leaseholder queries.

Ensuring all blocks undermanagement are compliant.

Handling accounts for all service charges paying invoices and bills.

Chasing service charge arrears.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

At least 5 years experience within a similar role or in the sector.

Experience in managing a large team.

Specific and relevant experience within the Residential Freehold Management sector.
