A leading supplier of elderly residential care with a CQC rating of GOOD in Stourbridge, is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their already established successful team. This is a close family run company, so they are seeking candidates that always go the extra mile, have a person-centred mind set and enjoy building up relationships with the residents and their families.

As a senior with a minimum of 2 years` experience within elderly residential care, you will be required to shift lead, administer medication and generally oversee the staff team at all times. You will be leading a team and setting an example. You will be completing rotas and be involved in management meetings.

A dedicated and experienced senior with enthusiasm to deliver the best care possible, you will be competent in leading a staff team, delegating tasks effectively, ensuring that all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that all care delivered promotes choice, dignity and independence. You will also work to CQC rules and regulations and strive towards an OUTSTANDING rating with CQC.

Shifts will be 8am to 8pm, 12 hours with 3 days on and 4 days off.

To be successful in your application for this senior role, you must

* Hold the NVQ LEVEL 3 Health and Social Care (Adults)

* Have at least 2 years senior experience within residential care

* Have a proven background in ELDERLY care
