Senior Carer
Milford Haven

Here at BS Social Care, we are looking for a Senior Level 3 Carer for an exciting opportunity in the Milford Haven area.

About the role:

As a Senior Carer you will lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure the smooth running of a medium sized, privately run care home. This care home offers nursing and residential care as well as respite care. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of care and you will promote independence, dignity and respect through the hands-on care you deliver. You will help to ensure that personalised care plans are delivered, and you will be involved in providing essential mental and physical care through a range of social and recreational activities. You will build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with the team and the residents.

About you:

You must hold an QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, you must have relevant up-to-date experience and you must have an excellent proven track record. Suitable candidates will be caring and compassionate, be able to show leadership and management skills and have a good understanding of the role.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is essential for this role although you do not need this prior to applying for the role. Being a driver is desirable but is not essential.
