A very warm, friendly and family run organization in Bristol are now recruiting for Senior Care Assistants for their outstanding 17 bed Residential Care Home in Winterbourne, Bristol. You will mainly be supporting Elderly clients who have mild Dementia (no challenging behaviour).

Main Job Role:
- Help with House Audits
- Book, order and distribute medications
- Oversee shifts (make sure all floors are running smoothly)
- Staff supervisions (121 meetings with staff)
- Occasionally get agencies to cover any staff sickness
- On call duties maybe required

Qualifying candidates:
- Would need to have senior experience
- Have a NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
- Must be medication trained
- You will need to have your own transport due to location

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £16,575 per annum = £8.50 an hour
- Shifts will be spread across Monday to Fridays with alternative weekend
- Full time contract of 37.5 hours per week
- You will have 2 shifts patterns: 8am - 3pm and 3pm - 10pm
- 2 week rolling rota (generally same shifts every 2 weeks)
